Inline inspection depends on the quality of the products. It is carried out immediately after initial inspection. Certain important points are considered during this inspection. It is also said to be an extended initial inspection.
The following points are as follows
- Compare carefully finished goods to the approved sample.
- Check if goods are inspected according to Packing Instructions (PI).
- Fill in the Inline Inspection report and explain it to the responsible person in the factory.
- Send the report to customer if required.
- Do the follow-up (make sure products produced in right way).
- Avoid defects through process control.
