- Inspection must take place with 100% of the pieces before they are packed.
- Final inspection must be performed in the quality control room with concerned people from the factory.
- The quality control room must be lit up by fluorescent tube daylight and have TL 83 available.
- Compare the factory inspection report with our inspection reports.
- Inspector has to select the cartons to be inspected.
- Check all suggested improvements have been accomplished.
- Take the requested quantity to inspect from different levels in the cartons.
- Follow the AQL standard.
- Make sure all colors and sizes are represented among the packed pieces.
- The goods to be packed according to the instructions.
- Check that the goods are packed according to the instructions of the customer.
